Use the camera item in your inventory by using the scroll wheel (or press the 5 key) then left/right click to select it while it's highlighted

Then hold the right mouse button and drag the mouse around to zoom and rotate the camera (pressing R resets the rotation and zoom), then left click to take the picture, it will show up once you've closed the game

Garry's Mod's gonna update to Steam Pipe very soon, please back up your addons, materials, models, maps, cfg, settings, sound and screenshots folders in case they get replaced with blank folders!
