What's that one fence called, the one that looks a bit like railing, but it has the blue "POLICE" sign on it.. You can see it on one of the menu pictures where there's the two guys with the physguns and sleeping bags, you see it stuck in the ground

in npcs when i click on keep corpses it keeps them for a few seconds and then it just dissapears. when this is Not ticked it actually keeps the corpses for as long as you want. why is this?

Your game doesn't like keeping NPC ragdolls, it compensates for your hardware and removes them before your game is slowed down by them
