Self Delete pill is the only interesting one.  The rest are just more stuff for the pile.

That's assuming you mean a pill that you use to kill yourself, rather than a pill you throw at someone or something stupid like that.

thats what i mean. instead of just pushing command k you could die with somewhat dignity or something like that. i could even add a sound effect like aaaaaaaaaaggggggggghhhhhhhhhh hhhheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrr rrrrrrrrrrrr!!!! lol

Make it appear like a normal Pill, except slightly darker, and maybe appear as "Pill" once you've picked it up like normal. If you mistake one for the other and use it, you instantly die.
