The Self Delete pill could actually be useful in certain situations. I hate when people Self Delete in death matches or on RP servers, you could have Self Delete disabled and have the only way to kill yourself be with a pill.

Make it appear like a normal Pill, except slightly darker, and maybe appear as "Pill" once you've picked it up like normal. If you mistake one for the other and use it, you instantly die.

I like this idea and the one by Boomshan maybe you should make both.
