Inner Tube

Could someone make a vehicle that has a capacity for one player, looks like an inner tube, and can not be moved voluntarily by the player? Like the barrel? I don't know if this a default for all vehicles, but make sure it floats.

I like this idea, it would make it so when the player crouches, he wont go down.
