What is it about . . ?

What is it about . . ?
If I remember correctly, you have tools that let you raise and lower terrain and you can make cities and stuff like that, try digging around the news posts, most of it is about philosophy, but there are a few posts that are actually about the game.

Been following this since it was announced, told some of my contacts a while ago. LOVE, (caps, get it right) is a game that is like a collaborative art project, but making cities all with raising and lowering terrain. Cities can be named after heroic, actual, players. The game will include making traps, radios, all that jazz with an event system all over the cities that that I expect to be slightly similar to Blockland's. You will be able to attack cities, and the game will support thousands of people in one server. The game WILL cost a monthly fee, and most likely will be for Windows and Mac.

odd, I thought it would support something like 600 or so people per server, I thought he was doing that so people could get to know each other in each server, so did he scrap that idea or was I misinformed?
