Ok so its quite complicated...

She is in an abusive relationship and hates the guy but he threatens to beat her if she leaves him. Now here is where it gets complicated... she is actually cheating on him with another guy who is ALSO abusive. Now the problem is we like each other but she can't leave either of the boyfriends because they threaten to beat her. We hug in public but thats about it aside from texting and now i'm not sure what I should do. because of the abusiveness i'm actually thinking of calling the cops or her parents.

Please help

Don't do that, it's the right thing to do, but it will make you look wimpy. Fight em off yourself, or if you can, expose her cheatingness to both guys at the same time and try to get em to fight over it.

BTW I wouldn't date a chick who's cheated before, let alone dumb enough to date 2 abusive BF's. Thats just a stupid idea.

1) don't bother with her if she's already got another boyfriend, or worse, 2 other boyfriends (i made that mistake, didn't turn out very well)
2) if she leaves the guys, they won't even be able to beat her, considering she's more likely to be in a secure environment when she's away from them
