Lego seems to be raising their prices more and more with each set.

Those sets that I posted are licenced, they cost more than they normally would.

ya, I know.

I'm going to do a whole bunch more angles, it just can take a while to add all the effects.... :p

LEGO Prices have barely gone up.

The basic standards are ten cents per brick.
When you look at a non-licensed LEGO product each set will be along those guidelines.

This is how it's been for decades.

As I stated before, licensed LEGO themes (E.g. Star Wars, Toy Story, Indiana Jones, etc.) cost more because LEGO has to pay a licensing fee for production of those sets.

Atleast, that's what I read.

You should see my lego scenes. Though they do not cover a whole room(Although sometimes they do) and they do not have gigantic armies of minifigs( Altough sometimes they also do) It's pretty epic looking.

Today I got the lego 2 vs 2 streetball set from 2003 for a sweet deal of 15 bucks on ebay. it's used but it has all 182 pieces 4 minifigs 3 basketballs box and instructions and is in perfect condition. I love ebay!


I remember getting a soccer goalie set. Good times...
