I've got the new one, though I prefer the old one.

Cheemo has an old vader. It's just like mine but the head print is better, the decal is better, but no metallic saber.

They existed before Star Wars III I think. Then Lego started being lame and using light gray as the plastic color for it.

That's odd, I remember some Episode I and II sets that had chrome hilts.
