oh stuff my friend had that book in 5th grade and it was the coolest thing to look at.

i want that immediately
i bought that from a cheap bookstore and i had it until like, 5th grade... sucks

the second AT-TE.

I don't mean to nitpick, but there's also been three AT-TEs, released along side each gunship in that year/wave (2002, 2008, and 2nd wave 2013).

That said I am extremely hyped for the new gunship. I love lego star wars (especially the republic sets). Are the clones good looking in person? That's one of the main reason's I'm interested in buying it (aside from the cool panels on the wings, bubble turrets, and a fRICKING GUNSHIP).

The best bionicles were the rahi's
phantoka will always be the best imo because those were the ones I got when I first started collecting
mistika were also ok

I personally prefer G1; they're simple and have the best masks. Nuva are too organic looking for me, and anything 2006+ use the forbidden pieces. :(

I do like the phantoka blasters though. The cordak blasters from 07 were also pretty slick.

When I was a kid I hated Bionicle, was more partial to actual full Lego sets myself. Still am, don't like any of that technic stuff.

That said, I just bought two of the newer Star Wars sets - The, what, third remake of the Republic Gunship and the second AT-TE. They're pretty cool. I still have the old Republic Gunship that came out in like 2002, #7163 I think.

It's sturdier than the older one too, but that's to be expected.

Not sure what to do with this one now. After a few years around someone who smoked it's in no condition for selling and has seen a lot of wear from playing. Guess I might just keep it for nostalgia.
Bionicle stuff was fun to play with.

also my bionicles are awesome wtf

G1 is really cool to, my little brother has some rahkshi which are probably my favorite villians out of every bionicle, I agree that the nuva look ugly as stuff though
also lewa is the beeeesssttt

I badly want Kopaka Nuva  :panda:

Good gravy, never buy old legos from ebay or amazon.  Ebay and amazon users believe that old lego sets are the rarest commodity on earth.

You can buy almost any old bionacle for original price or less from Bricklink depending on it's condition and if it's new and sealed (new sealed ones are obviously pretty expensive)

Good enough  :cookieMonster:
If I do Takanuva I'm actually going to be spraying down all of the armor with gold lacquer.

Still, a mask being platinum is a huge different from it being painted.

Platinum is my favorite precious metal :0

That would be sick as forget..

And of course, lol.  I was mainly joking :P  Is platinum heavy? I'd imagine that mask being really heavy compared to the rest of the figure :P

Do you know what it takes to be a hero?

Also, any remaining links to the old, old Lego games? BOGA is dead.
