First off, scrap the entire thing. We need to start fresh. Since this is a hardsuit, you need to decide whether you want role you want it to play. My older hardsuit were Military General Purpose for the most part, so they're not too small or oversized. Second, after you chose the role, you may have an idea in your head on how it should look. Do you want minifig to actually fit inside or just a spot to place the head or maybe the chest and the head? Are you going to have a helmet or a hatch? Is it going to reverse jointed bi-ped or normal bi-ped or maybe a multiped or will it hover?

I have about my Blackwatch (cool guys, mainly heroes), Legionnaires (guys who do most of the fighting/dying), Deathwatch (part Icelander, part DSM, all deadly), Star Navy (Navy, high command), Low Orbit Shock Troopers (space scouts), Rapid Response Forces (do alot of fighting, also), and the Gents (Ragtag fighting force composed of civies). I'm still working on my Rangers (Space Marines) and the "Fist of Drake" (Space Knights). Oh, and I have my guy.
