I have a Rock Raiders minifig, his name is Axle, I believe. He's one of my personal favorites. But hands down, the Ice Planet Astronaut is my favorite space/sci-fi minifig.

It's also where my username was deprived from.

I wish I had some sets of it; all I have related to ip2k2 is that minifig and an empty spot in my heart. :c
