The old web design was something out of the 1990s, while the new one is very 2004-esque.Your point?The website's Help guides are completely useless; I figured out what I wanted to know by doing it myself, but it's ridiculous that such an over-complicated interface doesn't have some basic loving instructions on how to buy LEGO.It should be self explainatory to anyone who isn't 10.Every seller is an independent shop, which is completely fine. What I'm not fine with is Bricklink's stuffty email system, because they can't handle invoices themselves. I tried to buy a 10-in-1 LEGO games pack from Bricklink; the seller did not respond in 10 days so I bought the same box on eBay 10x cheaper. The Bricklink seller also described it as "all games in English", which was a lie.The invoice system is how a lot of websites do it, sure it's a little less hand holdy, but it still works. Not to mention you're now blaming a user related issue on the site. There's PLENTY of disputes across ebay, you thinking this somehow means the website is bad is incredibly stupid.I have not found a single seller on Bricklink who doesn't charge some kind of tax specifically for Australians. I have never found another website that has such a tax (at least advertised). They don't even give a good justification for it; it's not part of shipping costs (which are also ridiculously inflated), it's just "some tax".No clue about this because I'm not an aussie, but, again, it isn't a site related issue, it's a user related issue. It's like blaming toysrus for getting a broken toy. Sure, they'll replace it, but in the end they're the vendor, they had nothing to do with the manufacturing process and are thus not at fault.I just want to buy some loving LEGO.Then don't be a handicap about it.
