On the ultramarine insignia, you shouldnt just jam a bunch of boxes together, but instead form a new solid shape. This seems to be a bit of a rookie mistake everyone makes.

Removed some detail, added text to the buttons, and got in on a correct 2x3 stud size.

Does anyone know if it's possible to use a dts model for a brick? I've only done weapons before.
Good job. You just doubled the triangle count with that text. Remove the text and do it with textures.

This is only for testing, not releasing: http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=199190.0
If you plan to release that you need to make it as a blb.

I've already fixed that, but I used snap together. Is that alright or should I only really use extrude?

am I good for a rookie modeler?

it's still a wip

:o Awesome

That's ugly, you didn't even get the shadows down right.
I know, I was just messing around :3

I'd like to see more weapons that have handles that don't clip into the Blockhead nor it's hand, like how that Ephi's shotgun and Kaje's sniper rifle had a handle that worked pretty well

I bent the handle on my Loch-N-Load to fit the hand: http://img594.imageshack.us/img594/8365/blocklandtf2models.png
It looks a bit odd though.

It does, but i think it looks weirder when the weapon goes through the player

Just finished this after a few hours of work. Blackmachine 8.
