i made myself a gif of the walk cycle too if it helps

(the actual gif is a lot huger and 100mb so this'll have to suffice here)

So, I finished the animations.
i'll send it back to you.
You can determine when the other leg alternates by moving that large cluster of keyframes below the other cluster above it.

Horridly triangulated, badly made as usual. Also inconsistent level of detail.

After all, it has to be triangulated to be in-game right?

It isn't supposed to look triangulated, it's supposed to look flat. Triangulation looks ugly and makes any model look worse. Unless there is a reason for the triangulation, it should be avoided.

That's the wireframe. If you looked at it when it was correctly shaded, you wouldn't see the triangles.

You do not want to see the triangles. It is made of triangles, but two triangles makes a rectangle, therefor it should look like a rectangle.
