Okay, transparency is a bit of an odd thing in Torque. For subtractive, the darker the image the more opaque it is. For additive it's the opposite. Or maybe it's vice-versa.

I am going to need to use Substractive to see if I can get it around 85%+.
Additive and Substractive is apparently irellevant. Additive adds colors substractive removes colors. Technically by additive I add Orange to white and to Substractive I remove orange from CMY/RGB.
50% opacity is as far as it would go.
However.. I have an idea.

I doubled the faces of the lens, however it still is too transparent, I don't really want to try and triple them.. Not to mention that looking at light now makes the glasses look yellow, but at least are actually 95% opaque or something around that value while looking at light..
But this is because of the shader's fault, or Torque's inability to make transparent things less transparent.
