Finally finished the clone helmet.

One bummer about doing it with 1 model and colorshifting is that now the icons looks weird (as they're also shifted). I also just noticed I need to redo the icon because it's from the old model

Anyone know a way around this?

There's no way around the color shifting of the icons. You have to do an individually colored icon for each.

But seriously though, marry me.

Hm, I'd suggest improving the smooth shading on the bottom to make it look less high poly, but I guess it's too late for that.

I'm guessing you meant that bottom edge, this is with that edge split:

For now they're just items/hats, but I can certainly make them add protection.

I'm wondering though if I should stop making hats and instead turn these into actual player types. I might make a mod discussion thread soon, probably don't want to spam up this thread.
