its an instantly-inflatable balloon (like a car airbag) that you attach to things to fly into the air so a plane can fly by and pick it up



you could also do it like the cypher, except as a balloon. idk though that's not what fulton is originally meant to be

Unlike some people around here, I love that these guns are all of one color. It's much more distinguishable from other weapon packs and looks real nice. I'm tired of serious weapons, so this is sorta a step down from that.
