i would be very suprised if you can't scale animations in MS3D, you can in blender, and when i need to hide something in an animation, i just find somewhere to hide it in the model, or if its a vehicle, make a seperate node then hide that through code.

In ms3d, I usually just make it go stupidly far away in a single frame if I want it to disappear. But I'm a noob :cookieMonster:
