Yes it is.

-Wheels look fine, but I think they look a bit too smooth. But just a bit.
-Camo needs to be higher res or not there at all. :(
Otherwise it's love. :)

I think UV textures glow in the dark, so I would remove camo.

I texture models with UV/Image editor in Blender.

Also: How can you animate the mouth and eyes of the minifig, DarkStar?

Eh, I personally think it could be better, but might as well let you guys see what I did.

Based it off the Tractor Prefab on FPS Banana for TF2.
I need some feedback.
