When you are ready to render, press F8. Change the RGB to full (White), then click in the next box on the tab "Ambient Occlusion". Turn that on.

Rendering will take a minute. I hope that helps because it took forever for me to find out.

Well I just deleted the sword since I didn't like it, but I'm working on the mace right now.
They were too small, expect a picture in 10-15 minutes tops.
