Someone should make a cannon gun. Like a pirate cannon, but it's a gun! :D

If not, Captain Crazy made a pistol that was a cannon.

That's really cool, but I ment more like a gun handle with a small cannon on top.

I took the same motion capture from the last video with the blockhead and made a player model to show how it is suppose to look.

Am I cool yet? :/

The answer is yes.
But the shoulders are weird during the capture.

So how did you go about doing this? Isn't motion capturing expensive in some cases?

Oh of course. This isn't my own motion capture. I downloaded it off of a website where they were just giving them for free.

Downloaded one I liked, then imported the BVH file.

Yeah, I kinda just followed the skeleton with boxes and that's what it ended up looking like.

Soon, when I get my new computer, I am going to try to set up a motion capture "studio" (corner of my room). I will also need a couple webcams and a dorky suit, but I think I might be able to pull it off once I get my setup going.

What motion tracker do you use?

Voodoo?

Boujou?

No idea. I'm going to try out this one motion capture deal called iPi Desktop Motion Capture. It seems like it could be easy enough. I just downloaded it because there is a free demo, and it's only 20 MB. I have a really slow connection, so I take the smallest and cheapest can get. :P
First I need a computer that is compatible with 4.0 shaders or something. Hopefully my next one will be.

I've been experimenting with Voodoo and Boujou, I'm trying to make a video of a Blockhead getting hit by a car.
Not to mention, they are also plugins for VideoTrace which I found out after I downloaded it. Using models in image/video manipulation is something I've gotten interested in.

Needs moar triggerguard

Decided to make my first super blocko weapon. The Tazer Blazer. Fires a small Electro-Needle that imbeds itself into the target and stuns said target. Extremely accurate.
