Each one of those bars has a dropdown box above the Pinned icon. Change it to something. ex. 3D Veiw, Timeline, UV Image editor.

I need some help with blender.

I try to render my model and when i do i can't go back to the original 3D editing mode I was in before unless I load it again.

ESC or F11. F11 also goes back to the previously rendered image from 3D editing.
