Sorry but I use Milkshape 3D not Blender

Same here.

The main reason why I use Milkshape is because blender has little problems like that with .dts

I think his problem is that he's sculpting anime girls in stead of an actual human face, best way to do faces is to understand haw they're constructed, before going into stylization
