Blockheads don't need to be able to reach the trigger to fire a weapon

They have mind powers that can do that for them

8 pages late but whatever
<eyegasm snip>
Update to Tuned Marussia. What do you guys think? (Using Port's normal soft shadows) (the build, btw, is mine and is heavily WIP.)
And yes the car is downscaled in size
This seriously tempts me to model a lamborghini or something, damn that's excellent

That's exactly why it should be appealing to the eye, because it doesn't need to serve a function.

that is beautiful

God shut up, every time someone posts a gun you gotta go all "hng rage urg this tiny issue" like seriously, you're loving annoying.

so I finally got the balls to try making bullpups that fit a blockhead good enough while still looking great and started this bitch but I don't think such a feat is possible b/c it looks terrible so far

I'll try an RDB and TAR-21 variant tomorrow instead

The shape of that gun looks like it would fit well in blockland

I thought so too with the basic fore end and nice carry handle

I cheated so much to get the stock and lower receiver to fit and this is the result

it's already clipping far more than I usually allow, yet it still looks like it has little potential to look hot

V V V thought that through already, didn't think it'd look good

Why not alter it to have a sort of flat pad on the back instead of a stock, You don't 100% have to follow the design but you can alter it using other designs to make it look good right? (unless you want a replica then idk what to say)

Figure this is the best place to put this:
Could you guys who have decent or pretty nice computers (and 3D modeling software) perform a test for me? I'm trying to figure out the best parts to use to build a PC that is optimal for 3D modeling and video editing/rendering. So, here's what to do: open the 3D program, and subdivide any object until it can't be subdivided any more - probably 'cause your computer crashed. Then post here how many faces it had and what CPU, GPU, and motherboard you're using. Note that I'm trying to build a computer that will run OSX and Windows, so any suggestions should take this into consideration.

Thanks forums!

Whenever I run into that I move the hand out a bit... unfortunately that only works if you do hands animations, so *shrugs*

PFF, like I'd crash my system for that...

......

1,572,864 faces, subdivided cube

Can't run the subdivide command any more without bluescreening, but I can duplicate the cube 6 times before dying of lag

That's 11,010,048 quads

Blender 2.49b

Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

NVidia GTX-550Ti (Factory Overclocked "Cyclone II")
ASUS PH-867V mobo
Intel Core i7 2600K @3.4GHz
8GB RAM (2600MHz)

Though I really don't think this is much of a test for the system, as it is the stability of the modeling program's engine...
