(Both sides are completely identical so there's no asymmetric parts (exsaust, etc) yet)
Just gotta add some small details, fix up some parts and add interior

I have no idea. After seeing them in the Jacksonville PD's colors, I realized that they were kind of nice looking cars. I've always really wanted to see one in game/own one - they're really cheap.

It's weird and out of place in Blockland. Plastic doesn't rust, and rust requires textures which generally don't look too good on items.
