I should lock you up for that implicit meaning

cool body armor

Thanks. Now I just need the crotch and I'd call it done. Nevermind I need to do a small thing with the boots too

Double post but it's done yet flawed. There's missing faces in P3D and I'm not sure what it means and I can't seem to fix it. Critique is still important btw.

Working on some ships for my rpg I was wondering if it's too detailed for blockland? It's still a wip im gonna add some rigging and small details

For the size of the ship, I don't think it's too detailed overall. Though it seems a little uneven as there are parts which are less detailed.

On an unrelated note, here's a styling exercise:

And a different front:

Hi, I just made a new wheel for vehicle project. But which one is better 1st or 2nd?

maybe 1st without the smoothshading

V                 Click to view on P3D                 V

not enough sick spins compatability
(i guess some very, very minor star wars spoilers if being spoiled is still relevant.)

I like the first one better.

If you're asking what faces are (which I doubt because that an awesome model, not sure how you could not know what faces are) they come under the same category as vertices or edges. Except faces are what are actually rendered, if there is no face it's invisible or non-existent. Vertices and edges make up faces.

It looks like there is misses faces on the hands,

It seems like there may be vertices or edges in that area, but a face has not been made there. If you're using blender, just select the edges and press F. If you're using something other than blender, just google it.

Or p3d is just being weird. :P

I find it really funny that he actually points out what you're talking about right above the big red circle.

some weird shading seems to occur in the helmet area

shading like that happens all the time, its just triangulation
