Its a mod someone made for Roblox, i'm pretty sure it's a mod, cause it has a name and a HP bar, unless you can have bots in Roblox, i don't really know

Yeah, V11 is actually ROBLOX.

Badspot has stated several time he's not being shady about the release. It's not the spy update, just calm down and wait. We've probably gotten all the teaser material Trader/Badspot are willing to release.

That guy was just testing how you can weld pieces to a character and change how they walk. No mod or anything, just a script.
