hey i need to know if you can bulid a car or plane in the demo

No, And you can't in full either.

Well you can build planes, But they won't move or anything.

You can make static builds out of bricks, or place Vehicle Spawns to create several pre-made vehicles. You can add extra vehicles through Add-Ons: installing the Stunt Plane (made by Kaje) and enabling it in the Add-Ons menu would let you create a three-seater basic plane to fly.

you cant use add-ons in the demo though
