E is Paint.
How about, when the mod is turned on, normal players in the minigame (not minigame owner) or anyone when painting is disabled will yell 'Medic' when you press the paint key instead of using the tool.

There ya go

Have it when you try to use the Paint Can (Default 'E' as according to the game) in a minigame with painting disabled for a quick use thing.
ctrl+E would probably be easier,if you need to patch up a red spot on a build with paint.

If you do it this way:

... then the owner of the build can fix paint spots on the build while everyone else can use the call. Once the build is entirely done, they can then disable painting and be able to use it themselves.

If anyone needs it, i have blocklanderish Medic!.wav file that i made.

Not to hard to make, but I need to figure out how to key map and make a mod client sided, I saw a post like this on the forums (except for the key mapping one) but I can't find it. Help anyone? (PM me)

Can't do it clientside. The sound or emote wouldn't play to anyone else, if you could get it at all.

It'd have to be a server-side mod, although an extra way to have a call key could be made clientside. As long as there's an alternative so everyone in the server can use it.

maybe it can be server wise, and then the host could type /enablemedic, so then E calls a medic and disables painting, and /disablemedic is self explanitory

Ctrl-E?

There isn't a default keybind for Ctrl+E. You can't just have servers force a keybind on a client, you'd have to make it go through one of the existing functions, such as "Alt-Fire" on some guns with Jet or changing some weapon modes with "L". I'm suggesting the Use Paint command for "Medic!" in minigames as its default is E anyway, like in the game. You could use a /command outside of minigames to do the emote as well, sort of like the /alarm command and the button in Options for it.
