I got a (for me free cause I use it on school) program called "Visual Studio", and its f*cking easy to make guis whit it
But I am not sure that it will work whit Blockland tough ...

I think it would be a lot better if you had a gui pop up whenever someone became admin which would basically be "Rules or guidelines" for admins to follow.

Brilliant idea, I might make that for all my friends' servers.
