What Xbox 360 Game Should I Get Next?

I've been trying to decide what Xbox 360 game I should get next and I can decide so I want to see what you guys think.
The reason I don't have any of these is because I just recently got an Xbox 360 and I'm just starting my game library.
Don't suggest anything else for me to get because this is what I've narrowed it down to.

Halo Wars
Command & Conquer 3/Kane's Wrath
Command & Conquer Red Alert 3
Universe at War: Earth Assault

All good games on the PC (Except for Halo Wars since its for 360 only which is downright handicapped), RTS doesn't go with console.

GTA IV

Halo Wars wasn't ported to PC because it was made from the ground up for the Xbox, and because they were afraid of pirates.

I like Halo Wars. People put way too much hype into it, and many are disappointed because of it. The only real complaint I have about it is frame rate issues.

Think of CoD5 as a mod of CoD4.

CoD4 is better in general. CoD5 is for when you're bored of CoD4 but you still want to play it.
