Request unban IP

Hello, i have 2 computers, one with STATIC IP witch i am on, and one with dynamic IP; i can post ONLY on the static ip because of the folloeing; When i go on the Blockland.us/smf on the DYNAMIC IP; I get a error about my IP being banned for the reason: Spambot. I am not a spambot, but EVERY TIME i restart/close then open/disconnect and reconnect from the internet my computer, i get a new HUGE CHANGED IP. The ip goes with XX.XX.YYU.YYU.rdslink.ro. It says on the error that rdslink.ro is banned.
NOTE: X = Static part [nothing being changed] Y = Changed part [changing everytime] U = Optional part [its adding a number, but not everytime.
In conclusion: I request a admin to check my status and unban rdslink.ro

1. Death i am not a spambot, indeed i post a lot and sometimes you see offtopic, creativity, games and some other filled with last post: TALAFORD, but if you read my post you will notice that they HAVE COMMON SENSE.
