It sounds more like he fixed the glitches, because they were server side, then rebooted the server. All of the occurences mentioned naturally occur when the server is reset.

I've gotten many viles from L1 before, (What was it...11?) while I was hunting for brown dye. All the fixes listed normally happen when he restarts the server (cept for maybe the doors not closing on you and more boxes?, its hard to test either of those).

I think that you already got vials/potions from crates in lvl1 before.  I've gotten a few.

Update suggestions (among others):
-Fix the Treehouse and LOG CHALLENGE (!!!)
-Allow people to mail multiple items at once (!!)
-Canoes (!)
-Fix the shop glitch once and for all (!)
-Prize at the end of D2 (or else remove D2... but I'd rather keep it)

Again, these are just the first things I'd focus on. There are several other ideas, but I think these should be considered first.

I like those ideas but what i really would like is a system of getting back your police status after losing it and/or making it harder somehow for police to be arrested such as fines being pulled from your bank account if you choose to do so.

I have had to transfer all my items 4 times and it is not fun at all. ^_^
