It's not out all you need to do is wait for it and open up blockland and it will auto update when it is released unless you have a mac then you have to download the update off the main page for the site www.blockland.us

It'll be out whenever the bugs that have to be fixed are fixed.  There are still bugs that need to be fixed before release.  If it were ready, you would have it.
