Addition to locked projectile pack: Team support

locked projectiles are great, but only for singleplayer DM's.

It would be useful if locked projectiles had a addon compatable with spaceguy's soon-to-be released TDM and Iban's minigame++, so only players to a specific team are targeted and (Hopefully) killed.

Im pretty sure dest or somebody else is going to make an ifplayerteamisblue/red variable event when tdm is released.
