Did you know there are ways of trapping animals that don't involve killing them? Please research these.

I'm being defensive because I'm against animal cruelty.
So it's okay that 30 chickens get slaughtered in cold blood because it's an animal doing it. Yet when a human kills one animal to defend those other chickens, it's not okay? Same ol PETA hypocritical bullstuff if you ask me.

good point. I wouldn't shoot the guy who's stealing my noodles.
If someone was stealing my noodles I'd shoot him :(

Frankly, a lot of chickens just grow up to die, so not most care about them to begin with.

I'm pretty sure that it's the whole "we don't eat that animal, it must be special" thought. Besides that, I still disagree with the killing of the cat, considering it was probably trying to survive (and I just noticed it's snowing out, so it would make finding food probably harder for it than usual).

Or it was learned behavior that that was a food storage for it. You can never really tell with a wild animal because they learn as well as we can. If there will be a load of food stuck in one spot, then why look for anything else?

Lalam quit being such a little puss and get over it, stuff happens, i shot a deer the other day you wanna cry about it? Also hi Valen :3

I'm only going to focus on this part here, cause I understand where you're going with the other things you said.

I highly doubt that you could teach a wild animal as well as you could a human.

But that's natural. :D

Humans are wild animals. We are not domesticated.

Just to clarify, that last post was a joke.

No, no it was not. I have yet to see any more intelligent species to farm/own us as a pet/product as we do. Yes, we think our selves as more civilized but if you take away the "we are not animals" train of though we teach our selves, we are wild animals that are excessively good at what we do. In fact, we are the only species to reproduce at an exponential scale for this long.

So if a bear kills hundreds of fish per week, its no big deal? But if a human kills one little cat (not endangered) its a big deal. pretty hypocritical if you ask me. Animals can store food just as well as humans, or look in a non-human-populated area, to AVOID being killed. Suppose a crazed killer was kiling every one of your relatives one by one everyday, Would you kill him? or just let him keep killing your relatives until he eventually goes to kill you.
