Author Topic: New visual errors with v11  (Read 2088 times)

Here are some screens that I've taken since last night.

I run on an old P4 laptop with a radeon x600 card.  The drivers are probably not up to date, to be fair; however, I've talked to a bunch of people who have similar problems (and hopefully will post!) so I'm not sure if that's the issue.

I've had this happen in other games when my card heats up a bit too much, but I don't think that's the problem here.

Anywho I hope that you guys can fix this soon, I love this game so much but it's really getting in the way of my building!

That last one in particular looks really cool, but I don't want to see it every time I load the game.

Do these issues show up right when you load your saves? Or only after you have been building for a while? If the latter, please send me your save and I can debug.

Turn off physics, it work on my crap computer

Similar setup, desktop with an X700 though.

Happened on Kinex's server, noticed it after a faulty load and clear.  Seems to come and go though, so I'm not really sure.

Happened to me too.

From when I was at Sumz's server.

When I deleted a brick holding up the objects in the screen, they didn't disappear.

Right when I load a save or enter a server.  The longest I've spent in a server in v11 is about an hour, and the bugs seem to stay pretty constant.

Thanks for the quick response!

I have had these problems ever since v8, except my computer crashes after the screen progressively becomes more and more covered with skewing graphical glitches until it's hard to see.

I'm getting these aswell since the update, I have an ATI Radeon X1650.

I have an nVidia graphics card and i don't get this problem, and i've been to like 3 - 4 servers since the update

Well correct me if I'm wrong but so far it looks like ATI users are getting this.

A few people are getting this problem with Nvidia too, so disregard this post.

It is. I have an ATI card too and it does this.

This has happened to me also.

...I have an NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT and pretty much all games and some programs (like Photoshop CS4, Corel Painter, etc) run like stuff.

It is not a ATI problem, i have this problem to and i have a Intel graphics card.
