dont most games have copy rights?

why do people keep posting random stuff in general discussion, and then just saying "discuss"

example:
"I was watching TV yesterday"
"discuss"

we've had topics about this..

true, and you have copyright on anything you create, even without placing the © sign

Most games are copyrighted. It makes alot of sense.
