Necromancy is the ability to obviously raise the dead.
Shapeshifting is clearly the form of shifting your shape. That Oblivion quest described a SHAPESHIFTER. Everybody has different definitions, though.

Necromancy is raising the dead and stuff, not shape shifting. Also wtf was your first post about?

Also that oblivion quest most certainly did NOT describe a shape shifter. He was turning himself into an undead being with his hax hourglass thang.

EDIT: Also, how is turning yourself into a skeleton shapeshifting? x-x

its moderate necromancy but not really because necromancers stay alive being humans but if you SHAPESHIFT into a skeleton your no longer a necromancer so it was never necromancy... you see?

The annoying thing is that Nystical comes in here being completely wrong but Annoying Orangeeting what he thinks is correct like he was never wrong about anything without actually researching it.

No you can pretty much guarantee that no one will make you a Necromancing ability.
