Author Topic: What do I need to do to make music that works with Blockland?  (Read 398 times)

I don't know what type of software or how to make a piece of music to work with Blockland, I know some of you guys do. Please share your knowledge.

Google Audacity.
Download it.
Go to a youtube video or something similar.
Set the recording from "Microphone" to "Stereo Mix."
Record.
Play the video.
Stop recording when done playing.
Cut off unwanted parts.
Cut off most/some parts you don't want, and try to make it sound good when you shift-click Play.
File -> Export as .ogg.
Done.

BTW, most loops are under 512kb, or somewhere under 35 seconds.
It also depends on quality of the loop.

Last thing (I need the edit button)
If you want to use a stereo .MP3, click the dropdown above the stereo layers and click "Split Stereo Track."
Then set both layers to "Mono" with a similar process and THEN export as .ogg.

Lol triple toast quadruple post.

Mac usable or just PC?
