better explanation
you know when admins press f8 they go into fly camera mode... well would it be possible to create a brick that doesnt allow an admin in that mode to go through it... like space guys anti-portal bricks?

What would be the point?

Admins are supposed to administrate the server. If your server admins are abusing powers, then don't give it to them. I would not download an Add-On that restricts my ability to control players in the server. In any case, if you're in a magic anti-F8 box, I can use /find or /spy to find you anyway.
