You'd have to have dual monitors with that. I have a 22 inch widescreen with a default resolution of 1680x1050. If you had a monitor that size it would be way too wide. I also googled that resolution to see if any monitors came up, seemed to only come up with dual monitor stuff.

Lol me. But i have a lovey monitor that stretches the screen to fit it.

(my widescreen plasma HDTV is around 840x700)

I'm pretty sure that even if that was the case it would still capture your monitors default resolution.
