it fired a little projectile that went in an arc and exploded a bit smaller then my mininuke

Nope, must of been someone else. The only Retail weapon I can recall making is the "Drunk-Gun" which Predator spammed causing every one to get dizzy and rage quit.

i don't think packer will help with this, he hasn't even made any weapons.
except that awesome almost-nuke weapon on his server
