New Weapon Suggestion: Screech

It would be cool if someone made a screech tool.

The screech tool is a microphone that affects people around the user in a large area.  The Blocklander yells a scream and the people around the person gets stunned.  Anyone that gets into the scream will not be able to move as fast and take more damage since the blocklander can't suck up the attacks.  The scream effects last 10 seconds.

We could do an earth quake type player. They jump and if they land while holding shift  an earth quake occurs in a 10x10 area around him. This can be avoided by being in the air while he lands.(you in air earth quake in ground) Pretty much the same thing.
