Depends on what your useing to record it, we use fraps so it would be in the file with fraps.
how could i get it onto the web
video.google.com sign up. putfile.com sign up. photobucket.com, sign up. Those are a few, if you have your own web site you can host it on a page, or make it open a movie program.
