I already requested this and people are thinking about it. Last time I checked the topic was on page 13. Or just check my profile posts to find it.

EDIT: I support any L4D mods.

I think who ever makes these should also make blocky forms of the survivors with decals, then in minigames have people set to one of them with OnActivate>SetBodyParts and such.
