Author Topic: I can eat what I want without getting fat  (Read 6378 times)

I'm lucky chocolate taste TERRIBLE to me. I'm skinny.

I can do this too, probably because I'M ON THE SWIM TEAM.

What about cafine free diet soda's I've been drinking a ton of those lately are they any better?

Oh loving hell no. Those are packed with all sorts of other chemicals to make up for what they take off in order to keep a taste comparable to the original, it's a Feel-Good drink but nothing else. Anything with "Diet" marked on it should not be trusted.

HFCS is a real big target. Drinking green tea works to get caffeine.

I never even heard of this stuff, my interests are peaked.

I actually ran an brown townysis on the caffeine content of tea samples last week, although one of my colleagues made off with the data so I can't share the findings with you guys. I've never thought of tea as a high-caffeine drink but who knows, it wouldn't be the first time we've brown townyzed something and the package specifications and our own expectations were way off (take a wild guess how many times more nicotine there is in a cigarette then specified on the package, if you guess 6 times more then you're getting warm)

Undoubtedly the worst drink you can take by far has to be any kind of energy drink, with sports drinks following close behind. Energy drinks CAN kill you, there is so much caffeine packed in them that people have had heart attacks because of them. I wouldn't be surprised if they could cause caffeine poisoning. If you need to stay awake just take coffee, avoid energy drinks.

Haha, I'm 5'4", age 14, have 12% body fat, and weigh 118lbs.
just described me, but i'm 11

Soon we'll have the technology to make ppl not fat.

Just so we know, 12% is kinda low. 30% is normal, 30% is obese.

You're not fat. :)

oh I didn't see that, idc what percentage of body fat I have

Like, I seriously can't get any heavier than I am right now, and it is really starting to scare me.
13 years old, 75.5 pounds.

I've been 75.5 pounds for about 2 years.

I'm stuck at exactly 99 pounds at the moment.
Most of it muscle weight, too. No fat.

Wow, didn't think sports drinks would be that high up there, but it probably works out that way due to the additives.

Then again Gatorade AM kicks ass when you wake up and feel like stuff from the night before.

You've never heard of HFCS? It's a sweetener in almost every mass produced food product.

In basic chemistry last semester our professor showed us the caffeine extracting process. Certainly didn't sound too pleasant.

I've dropped most drinks except for the occasional cane sugar cola or energy drink. Only one or two a week. I drink a lot of water now out of a glass bottle.

I learned about the chemicals in the plastic they used  to make the water bottles out of. Kind of disturbing if you ask me, carcinogens in the water you drink and take for granted. Not to mention bottling plants leech water from dwindling fresh water reserves.

I'm thinking of buying my Spring workout gear this Saturday, and I'll look into what Nalgene bottles they have and these new alloy metal containers.

Soon we'll have the technology to make ppl not fat.

Liposuction.
