I can see my ribs. I'm around 5'1".

I'm 14 and I weigh 90

Well, my cousin is 13 and 180lbs. That's not a good thing.

I'm like 5'0 and 90lbs.

I eat just about everything.



I was in your boat at that age. 'Cept maybe a bit taller. I've actually gained about ten pounds from working out since Christmas.

Hah, nice.

I've been drinking protein shakes and exercising to get a bit more weight, but my metabolism burned the 10 pounds I gained within 3 days.

Haha. A fast metabolism can actually make you lose more weight when you eat more food (Over a decent period).

I'm thinking of buying my Spring workout gear this Saturday, and I'll look into what Nalgene bottles they have and these new alloy metal containers.

Yes do this. A huge cause of obesity and attention deficit disorders is directly linked to plastic containers. I forget what the exact compounds responsible are  but they're mostly oligomers (small parts of the polymer chain) that can be broken off from the plastic and weakly solvated by water and especially acidic drinks.

Go ahead and eat a 4 pints of ice cream, 2 bowls of spaghetti with butter, a couple of hamburgers and 10 milkshakes in the course of a week and I'll believe you.
Done it before Minus the ice cream though ;D
