If you could enable/disable groups of Add-Ons it'd work better. Then you could enable just the Medkit, main Zombies, L4D types or the Ammo system, or click the whole "Gamemode_Zombies" bit to enable/disable all at once.

Found a bug in CTF. The flags for both sides are red. Also, the example save is shifted a few hundred units west.

I would also love it if you renamed Siege to Capture point now that you can have two team capture points with the neutral pates.

Other things:

Resize the player team menu so it fits names better.
Spawns and flags work off of brick color.
For CTF have a capture zone plate that is separate from the flag brick.
for moar TF2 ripoffness put payload :D

Did you change the colour of the second team? If you've left it as red it will obviously show up like that.

You can use the Events to make objective capture points e.g. controlling them in a line or captures doing certain things.

Payload would be interesting if I had a bot driving a VERY slow jeep or something. How would I do the track?

for a track, you could use 8x8s or 6x6s that you (quickly) capture

onteam1capture>namedbrick[nexttrackpiece]>payloadmove
onteam1capture>namedbrick[nexttrackpiece]>setpayloadcapturepoint (cant capture any track piece except the one set as payloadcapturepoint)

This would also allow for two-sided payload by allowing both teams to capture.
